Our Croatia Island Hopping Trips

At Yacht Club Croatia, we offer two signature itineraries designed to help you make the most of your island-hopping adventure:

Dubrovnik to Split

Begin your journey in the enchanting city of Dubrovnik, otherwise known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’. Sail north through the Elaphiti Islands, visit the lush national park of Mljet and stop in Korcula – the ancient birthplace of Marco Polo. Then, continue on to the vibrant Hvar, the tranquillity of Jelsa and the historic charm of Trogir before ending in Split.

Split to Dubrovnik

Croatia Split island hopping offers the same iconic destinations, but the journey is in reverse. Starting in Split and ending in Dubrovnik, this route is perfect for those wanting to explore the same breathtaking coastline but at a different pace.

Both routes provide a balance of exploration and relaxation, and no matter which way you choose to travel, you’ll be treated to stunning views and impeccable service throughout.

Explore Croatia’s Most Captivating Islands

From the peaceful Elaphiti Islands to the vibrant nightlife of Hvar and the historic charm of Trogir, each stop offers a unique slice of Croatia. Whether you’re seeking natural beauty, cultural depth or seaside tranquillity, our curated island itinerary has it all.

Elaphati Islands are a cluster of peaceful islets just northwest of Dubrovnik. They offer a serene escape from the bustle of the mainland and are filled with lush forests, quiet beaches and charming fishing villages. We will stop for a swim where you can bask in the islands’ glorious waters before enjoying dinner onboard.

01

An island steeped in history, Korcula is often referred to as ‘little Dubrovnik’ due to its medieval walls and red-roofed architecture. Korcula’s old town is a maze of narrow alleys and stone buildings, with historic charm spread throughout.

Famed for being the birthplace of Marco Polo, you can also sample local wines and marvel at the beauty of the Peljesac Peninsula. The ideal blend of culture and cuisine, Korcula offers something for everyone.

02

Mljet is one of Croatia’s greenest islands and a true haven for nature enthusiasts. Much of the island is protected as a national park, and on your trip we’ll provide you with tickets to the destination, which is covered with lush pine forests, saltwater lakes and other natural wonders.

While on the island, you can spend time cycling or kayaking around the lakes and even visit the stunning monastery of St Mary. No matter what you want to do, Mljet is a breath of fresh air that allows nature to take centre stage.

03

Tucked away from Croatia’s mainland, Vis is a hidden gem that retains a laid-back charm and unspoiled beauty. Previously a military base, Vis has only been open to tourists since the 1990s, which gives it an authentic and untouched feel.

You can spend time exploring the island’s rich naval history as well as discovering the stunning Blue Cave on the nearby Bisevo Island. Furthermore, you can spend time sipping on local wines in the quaint village of Komiza. Vis is all about taking it slow and soaking in the Adriatic’s purest pleasures.

04

Hvar is regarded as Croatia’s most glamorous island, famous for its vibrant nightlife and historic architecture. You can spend your day wandering through the cobbled streets of the town, climbing the Spanjola fortress or simply relaxing at a luxury beach club.

As the sun comes down, Hvar comes alive, and at Yacht Club Croatia, we can provide you with recommendations for the best restaurants and bars.

05

While Hvar is the island’s nightlife hub, Jelsa offers a more relaxed experience. This charming seaside island was previously a centre for shipbuilding, and you can spend time strolling the waterfront promenade, enjoying fresh seafood and immersing yourself in local island life.

07

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Trogir is a perfectly preserved medieval town that is located just outside of Split. You can wander the ancient streets, admire 13th-century architecture and visit Venetian palaces during your visit. Trogir’s charm lies in its authenticity, offering a rich blend of history, architecture and Dalmatian hospitality.
